What are the minimum requirements to rent a vehicle? |

A: You must
be between 21 to 65 years old and a holder of
a valid Singapore Class 3 or approved foreign
licence. In addition, you must also have at least
1 year's driving experience. |

What does the rental rate include? |
|
A: It includes
insurance, road tax, unlimited use on Singapore
roads, breakdown service and full maintenance
over the period of hire. |

Where do I pick up the vehicle? |
|
| A: You can
collect and return the vehicle at our office.
For corporate accounts, free delivery and collection
may be arranged for a minimum of 5-day rental
period. |

Does your company charge membership fees? |
|
A: You do
not have to pay joining fees, membership fees
or annual fees. As long as you are a repeat customer,
you will enjoy additional discounts and priority
booking by phone or email. |

Q:
What is the minimum hire period? |
|
| A:
The rental is based on a 24-hour period with the
minimum period for weekday hire (Mon-Fri) of 1
day and 2 days for weekend hire (Sat). |

Can I drive the vehicle into Malaysia? |
|
| A: Yes, a
selected range of saloon cars and 7-seater MPVs
are allowed to be driven into Malaysia. A surcharge
of $40 per day will be levied to extend the insurance
and service coverage up to Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan. |

Q:
Is there a mileage limitation for Malaysia use? |
|
| A: You are
given free mileage of 300 km per day, with excess
mileage charged at $0.40 per km (for cars) and
$0.60 per km (for MPVs). |

What are the modes of payment? |
|
A: We accept
payment by Credit Cards Only
(VISA, MasterCard & AMEX). Payment by cash
or NETS require a guarantee to be placed on your
credit card. |
